Although many people know the health risks that come with obesity, new research finds that it may increase the risk of cancer.

Also, many people in the world eat a poverty vegetarian diet that is mostly starch and salt—clearly not healthy.

According to the results, vitamin C helped wounds to heal more quickly and to protect against DNA damage to skin cells. It may also help slow the ageing process, making this important news to individuals in the cosmetics industry.
