Almost more than 50% of the people of America are concerned with how to stop hair loss.
As about 90% of the hair loss cases are due to male pattern of balding, two thirds of the total hair loss suffers are men. Even women also experience hair loss but considerably at a low rate.

Here are some very common chemicals, used in many popular shampoos, that could be making you sick:
• Sodium Lauryl or laureth Sulfates: Cheap and Harsh synthetic detergents that cause dry skin and skin irritations. Also causes hair loss. Found in many shampoos. May also be linked to cancer.
• MethylParaben and/or Propylparabens: Increases rate of breast cancer in woman and decreases fertility rates in males. Some experts feel that parabens, along with many other chemicals can promote endometriosis in women. Read the rest of this entry »

Is Your Shampoo “BAD” for your health?
Say what? Is my shampoo bad for my health?!!
Most people don’t even consider this question. Most of us go to the store and buy whatever brand we think will make our hair nice and shiny and manageable. Others think that as long as they buy theirs at the local health food store and it says “organic” and/or “natural” on the label, they are using a safe, natural shampoo on their hair.

Long hair usually work well with any type of hair, it makes curly or wavy. However, it seems best if the locks are medium-textured or thick. So it is better to skip the lengthy look if you have fine hair or long and narrow face.
Of course, the best hair to long hair are those that use limited preparation time. In several ponytails style is a very popular long hairstyle. There are and other hair for long hair, like hair weave styles and cornrow styles.
In several ponytails style consists of three base ponytails, but it is possible to have more ponytails if interested! Once the basic style of three ponytails is mastered, which normally takes ten minutes, you can improvise on it!

Put that comb back in your handbag – a study by an Israeli dermatologist has found that too much combing leads to hair loss.
During a test 14 women recorded their daily hair loss and combing habits, with those combing more losing more hair, the research found.
“The women who combed twice a day lost three times more hair than those who combed once a day,” the head of the study, Alexander Kirdman of the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, was quoted as saying in the the daily Haaretz. Read the rest of this entry »
